Each tier includes a generous monthly capacity for conversations, document generation, and analysis:
- Associate ($299) — designed for solo operators with moderate daily volume.
- Executive ($799) — built for growing businesses with heavier inbox, calendar, and document needs.
- C-Suite ($2,499) — full-team capacity with all eight seats active and priority processing.
If you approach your plan's limits, your COO will let you know before you hit them — not after. You can upgrade at any time, or wait for the monthly reset.
Cost-Efficient Habits
- Batch similar requests — instead of five separate emails, send one: "Draft replies to these five messages."
- Use summaries — "Summarize my inbox" is cheaper than reading and processing 40 messages individually.
- Set standing rules — one rule that runs automatically beats repeating the same instruction daily.
- Start broad, then narrow — "Analyze our pricing" first, then "Model a 10% increase on the premium tier." The second request reuses the first's context.
