C-Suite Seats
What's the difference between the seats?
Each seat owns a domain. The COO runs operations and routes everything. The CFO handles money. The CMO handles marketing. The CTO handles tech decisions. The CLO handles legal. The CSO handles strategy. The CPO handles people. The CCO handles external messaging. You talk to the COO; it figures out who needs to be involved.
Do I need to know which seat to talk to?
No. You always talk to the COO. It routes automatically. If you want a specific perspective, you can ask for it — "Give me the CFO's take" — but it's optional.
Can all seats work on the same problem?
Yes. That's council thinking. The COO convenes the relevant specialists, each weighs in, and you get one synthesized answer.
Memory & Context
Will my C-Suite remember our conversation next week?
Yes. Memory is persistent across sessions. Decisions, documents, and context carry forward automatically.
How do I see what it remembers?
Ask: "What do you know about my business?" The COO will show you its current context. You can correct anything that's wrong.
Can I delete specific memories?
Yes. Tell the COO what to forget and it's removed permanently. See Memory & Context.
Autonomy & Approval
Does everything need my approval?
At first, yes. As you use your C-Suite and correct or confirm its actions, the graduated autonomy model identifies reliable task types and lets them run without approval. You control the pace.
Can I set rules so it doesn't ask about certain things?
Yes. Standing rules let your C-Suite handle specific task types automatically — auto-confirm bookings under a threshold, auto-reply to routine inquiries, auto-flag items over a dollar amount. See Executive Workflows.
Performance
Why is a response taking longer than usual?
Complex analyses — financial modeling, competitive research, multi-seat synthesis — take more time because they involve real work: pulling data, cross-referencing, running analysis. If it's slow, it's usually thinking hard.
What happens if I hit my plan's limits?
Your COO will notify you before you reach capacity limits. You can upgrade instantly or wait for the monthly reset. See Performance & Cost.
Data & Privacy
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Never. This is contractual, not just policy. Your conversations, documents, and business data are never used for model training.
Can other agenté customers see my data?
No. Every business gets isolated, encrypted storage enforced at the database level. See Data Protection.
