Meeting Processing

Transcripts to action items in minutes, not hours.

How it works

After a meeting, drop the transcript or recording into your COO's channel. The C-Suite processes it immediately: extracting key decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines. Nothing falls through the cracks.

Processing pipeline

  1. Transcript ingestion — Upload a transcript, recording, or connect Fireflies for automatic capture
  2. Analysis — The COO reads the full transcript and identifies key themes, decisions, and commitments
  3. Action item extraction — Every action item is extracted with an owner, deadline, and context
  4. Follow-up routing — Action items are routed to the responsible person and tracked
  5. Summary — A concise meeting summary is generated and stored in memory

Fireflies integration

Connect your Fireflies account for automatic meeting capture. Every meeting that Fireflies records is automatically processed by your C-Suite:

  • Transcript arrives → COO processes within minutes
  • Action items extracted and routed automatically
  • Summary sent to your channel for review
  • Key decisions stored in long-term memory

Example

You: *[drops meeting transcript]*

COO: "Processed. Here's what happened:

Key decisions:
- Launch date moved to March 15 (was March 1)
- Budget approved for additional contractor
- Pricing tier simplified to 3 plans

Action items:
- Jenny: Submit compliance docs by Feb 28
- You: Review updated contract by March 3
- Engineering: Deploy staging env by March 10

3 follow-ups from last meeting completed, 2 still
pending. Want me to send reminders?"

What gets stored

  • Meeting summary (not full transcript — too much noise)
  • Decisions made, with context
  • Action items with owners and deadlines
  • Any commitments you made to others

Full transcripts are available on request but aren't stored by default to keep memory clean.
