Is agenté a chatbot?

No. Each seat is a domain-specialized AI agent. The COO doesn't just answer questions — it understands context, routes to specialists, synthesizes cross-functional insights, and executes on your behalf (with your approval). It's more like having a C-Suite than having a chatbot.

Does it send emails without my approval?

Never. The C-Suite drafts emails and places them in your inbox for review. You approve and send. This is a core safety principle — nothing goes out without your say-so.

How is my data stored?

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each organization's data is isolated — other agenté users cannot access your conversations, memory, or documents. We don't train models on your data. See the Security page for details.

Can I use just one seat (e.g., only the CFO)?

You always interact through the COO, but you don't have to use all seats. If your primary need is financial analysis, the COO will route most tasks to the CFO. You can think of unused seats as available but dormant.

What channels are supported?

Telegram. Your CEO communicates directly with each C-Suite seat via Telegram DM. See Channels for setup instructions. More channels (Slack, Discord, email) are coming soon.

How does the COO decide which seat to route to?

The COO analyzes your intent, not just keywords. It considers the domain of your question, relevant context from memory, and which specialist is best equipped to answer. You can always override by explicitly naming a seat: "Ask the CLO..."

Can I invite my team?

Yes. You can invite team members to your agenté organization. Each member gets their own COO interface, but the organization shares memory, routing rules, and seat configurations. See Account Setup for details.

What happens if the COO gives wrong advice?

Correct it. The C-Suite learns from corrections. For financial, legal, or medical advice, always verify with qualified professionals. agenté is a decision support tool, not a replacement for professional advisors.

Is there a free trial?

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export all your conversations, memory, and generated documents at any time from the Command Portal. Your data is yours — we make it easy to take it with you.
