Email & Calendar
Inbox monitoring, draft replies, scheduling, and follow-up tracking.
How it works
Your COO connects to your email and calendar via OAuth. It monitors your inbox, drafts replies, manages your schedule, and tracks follow-ups — all without ever sending an email without your explicit approval.
Never sends directly. The C-Suite drafts emails and puts them in your inbox for review. You approve and send. Always.
Email capabilities
- Inbox monitoring — Watches for important emails and surfaces what needs attention
- Draft replies — Writes response drafts in your voice, ready for your review
- Email triage — Categorizes incoming mail by urgency and type
- Follow-up tracking — Flags unanswered emails and reminds you to follow up
- Thread summarization — Summarizes long email threads into key points
Calendar capabilities
- Scheduling — Finds meeting times that work for all participants
- Conflict detection — Flags double-bookings and suggests resolutions
- Meeting prep — Surfaces context and background before meetings
- Reminder management — Sets and tracks reminders for deadlines and commitments
Connecting your account
agenté uses OAuth to connect to your email and calendar. We currently support:
- Microsoft 365 / Outlook — Full support via Microsoft Graph API
- Gmail / Google Workspace — Full support via Google API
Connection takes about 2 minutes. You grant specific permissions (read email, draft emails, read calendar, create events) and can revoke access at any time from the Command Portal.
Example
You: "What's in my inbox that needs attention today?"
COO: "Three items need your attention:
1. Jenny at VendraIS — question about the CCA meeting
schedule. Draft reply ready.
2. Client proposal follow-up — they haven't responded
in 5 days. Want me to draft a nudge?
3. Invoice from legal counsel — due Friday. Flagged for
CFO review."
