Account Setup
Get your agenté account created, your tier chosen, and your team invited. Ten minutes of admin that sets up everything else.
Creating Your Account
Sign up at the agenté portal with your work email. Verify the address, set a strong password, and you're in. The account is your organization's root — everything (documents, board configuration, channels, team access) hangs off it.
Use the email address you want the board to operate from. This becomes the identity your C-Suite uses when it sends briefings, drafts, and reports.
Choosing Your Tier
Pick the tier that matches how much of the C-Suite you want online:
- Associate ($299/mo) — Customer-facing agent with WhatsApp and web widget. Covers front-desk and customer comms. Right for solo operators and small teams that need an always-on customer interface.
- Executive ($799/mo) — Adds the AI COO, operations layer, CRM, bookkeeping, and website builder. Covers back-office work in addition to customer-facing. Right for owners who want operational coverage without hiring.
- C-Suite ($2,499/mo) — Full eight-seat executive board, deliberation engine, and dedicated infrastructure. Right for companies that want a complete AI leadership team working in concert.
You can start on a lower tier and upgrade anytime. The board scales — seats activate as you move up, and your configuration carries over. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Inviting Your Team
Once your account is live, invite team members from the dashboard. Each invitee gets a role:
- Owner — full control. Billing, configuration, team management. Usually just you.
- Admin — configuration and team management, no billing access.
- Operator — can interact with the board and approve work, but can't change configuration.
- Viewer — read-only access to briefings, reports, and history.
Assign roles based on who needs to do what. You can change roles anytime.
What Comes Next
Account created, tier chosen, team invited. The next steps in order:
- Upload business documents — feed the knowledge base.
- Take the intake exam — calibrate the board.
- Configure channels — connect WhatsApp, email, and web widget.
- Set permissions — grant the board access to email, calendar, and documents.
Get the documents in first. The exam depends on them.
